Marina Sharm Hotel

The room service and cleaning was very good. Mr Ahmed who was in charge of our room made our stay there very pleasant and comfortable.The people who work in the main restaurant are nice especially Mr Ahmed Kasem who always greets us with his beautiful smile and does all he can to make us happy and comfortable. I also liked the beach aerobics. Mr Ala " Lolo" is one of the best. I enjoyed a lot doing the aerobics with him.

I would like to thanks for our stay in marina sharm hotel, there is still some little improvements need for some areas I have indicated below clearly but overall my evaluation is 8 normally but still I decided to give 10 !! BECAUSE : - [x] Because , your management employees Mrs. SARAH. She is very professional and for the hotel is great investment if I compared my 2 years ago stay in marina sharm hotel. Thanks Ms. Sarah for your impressive and professional call in ours room and asking how is ours stay. - [x] I would like to say big thanks for house keeping man Mr. Eslam everyday makes ours room very clean and he is not a housekeeping, he is an art man makes great decoration in ours bad with a great creativity. He is also big investment for the hotel. In restaurants - [x] Mr. Ahmet Atef is a great guy care of customer with a good smile and services in restaurant, it makes us start to day with good energy and he is very professional employee. - [x] Massage and SPA center Ms. AMAL very professional and kind person, polite and very honest person. Many thanks Amal. AND : worst !! Ms. AGDA , terrible , unprofessional, rude , no education , insist to take people staff after massage. 2 years ago was there this person and it was the same and surprisely still there. disappointing experience again with her. Every thing is more than great should be 5 stars or more every one in stuff very friendly specially in the reception. Mr Hamoda very good faces to the marina Sharm hotel in the reception and Mr Ahmad on room service really every one very friendly thanks to marina Sharm hotel we have a great time

From the start I was greeted by the nicest receptionist out there “Moad”. Great stay all in all, I would go back. Special thanks to Food & beverage manager Mr.Shaheen & Bar manager “Mahmoud”. Karim, the lifeguard from the beach team thank you for everything, you are a sweetheart. Amazing staff & management team 👍

The place is a well fit for families. The rooms are nice with a nice garden and sea view. The staff is friendly specially Ahmed at the reception. he was very kind and managed to give us rooms near each other.The food is various , delicious and tasty at the main restaurant. we didn’t really enjoy the a large carte menu at the other restaurants. there was a problem with the WiFi which allow you for 4 mb only and they are finished right away. I surety recommend it fir others specifically that is located in a very convenient place close to everything around within a walking distance
